Morad joined Battery in 2008 as an Associate and focuses on private equity investments, including growth equity, buyouts, rollups, PIPES and take-privates. Prior to Battery, he was a Senior Analyst in the Global Technology Group at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on M&A, equity and debt financings. At RBC, Morad advised leading technology companies and completed more than 15 M&A, private placements and capital market transactions valued at more than $2.5B.

Morad graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
