Isabel von Stauffenberg

Isabel von Stauffenberg is an associate who focuses on early- and growth-stage companies across sectors and focus areas within the firm. She joined Battery full-time after participating in the firm’s 2020 summer internship program. She is currently involved in Battery’s investment in Flash, as well as seed investment Xepelin.

Prior to Battery, Isabel worked at Sycamore Partners as a summer private equity intern determining potential acquisition targets for the company. Before that, she interned at strategy consultancy De La Calle, Madrazo y Mancera in Mexico City and Bain Capital in London.

Isabel graduated cum laude with a BA in history and political science from Columbia University, where she received the 2021 Lily Prize for best thesis in modern European history.
