Kelly Winter

Kelly joined Battery in 2023 as the firm’s global controller. In that role, she helps manage the accounting and finance functions of Battery’s investment-advisory entities in the U.S. and internationally.

Before Battery, Kelly was a senior associate at Liberty Mutual Investments, working on the transaction-services team, which performs operational due diligence on prospective asset managers and reviews deal documents for accounting treatment prior to deal closing. Kelly started her career at PwC in the asset-management practice, providing audit services to corporate asset managers and public and private investment funds.

Kelly is a CPA and holds a BS in accounting from Bryant University and an MSA and MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
