Matthew Benda is an analyst who focuses on growth-equity and buyout-stage investments in the enterprise-software sector.

Prior to Battery, Matthew worked as an investment banking analyst at Berenberg in NYC. Before Berenberg he interned at Old Hill Partners, a private credit fund in Darien, CT.

Matthew graduated with a BA in computer science from Tufts University and was a member of the varsity baseball team.
