Lauren, a vice president, joined Battery in 2018 and focuses on late-stage and buyout software investments, with a particular emphasis on infrastructure software. Lauren is currently involved with Battery portfolio companies Alogent, Ascendant, CodeSecure, DomainTools, Learnosity, Plixer and ResourceWise.

Previously, Lauren was an investment-banking analyst within the technology group at William Blair & Company, where she advised clients on M&A and majority recapitalizations in the middle market, focusing on high-growth technology and SaaS companies. Prior to William Blair, she also spent time at Yellow Wood Partners and Normandy Advisors.

Lauren earned her BBA from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, with concentrations in finance and business analytics. While at Boston College, Lauren was a member of the Varsity Women’s Ice Hockey team and the recipient of the highest undergraduate honor, the Finnegan award.
