Toshi, a partner at Battery, focuses on later-stage business-to-business software and SaaS investments, including growth equity, buyouts and rollups. He is involved with Battery’s investments in AdaCore; B&L Information Systems; Clubessential Holdings; QSR Automations; Smartling; Syndigo and Tech Soft 3D. Toshi also was involved with investments in 1WorldSync (acquired by Syndigo), AMBRIO (acquired by Sandvik), Crunchtime (merged with QSR Automations), HighJump (acquired by Accellos), Mendix (acquired by Siemens) and Olo (NYSE: OLO).

Prior to Battery, he spent time with North Bridge Growth Equity–now Guidepost Growth Equity–in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Toshi graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in economics.
