Susanne Richman

Susanne works across the portfolio on recruiting, human capital and organizational talent initiatives. She oversees Battery’s executive-in-residence (EIR) program. She is also responsible for developing the talent network of executives involved with the firm’s private equity portfolio.

Prior to joining Battery, she was with TPG Capital’s Global Operating Group with a focus on human capital. Susanne worked with Heidrick & Struggles on executive search and leadership-assessment assignments across a broad range of industries including technology, healthcare, consumer, financial services and industrials. Previously, she was the director of finance and business development with ContentFilm, and also worked in the Global Media & Communications Group at Morgan Stanley.

Susanne received her BS in business administration from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She also completed the Coro Fellowship in public affairs.
